Almost Friday
It’s almost Friday and I can taste it …
Penny and I are supposed to go to the grand opening party for a new movie theater tonight, but we are torn. Since tonight is Thursday (we watch ER pretty religiously) we are likely to miss the big downfall of Dr. Kovac. It looks like he messes up pretty bad tonight.
We went to our kids’s last day of TCAS (The Center for Academic Studies, a homeschool coop) today and got to hear the girls choir sing a hymn and see an ASL rendition of another hymn.
In addition, we got to see some of the art our kids had done there. Man, how did my kids get so creative?
Poor Penny’s back is still bothering her and it’s driving her nuts. Hopefully by this weekend, she’ll be getting better. It’s been kinda going out for almost 3 weeks now.
Friday is almost here, which means Christmas is getting closer. Like I said yesterday, I cannot wait and I’m really starting to get geared up for it. I almost had the rest of the gang (at the office) convinced we should go around and carol the rest of the building. Of course, then we all thought about it and realized we like being employed. It would not be a good idea, I guarantee.
